A Library of Things is a collection of items for loan that are different from the traditional library materials. We have tablets, toys, hotspots and more — all available to check out with a library card.
CLAP Toys
CLAP stands for Connecting Libraries and Play. This collection is full of toys that focus on critical learning skills and creative learning experiences. The toys are geared toward ages 0-10 years with categories including baby and toddler, active play, learning skills, logic/spatial reasoning, literacy, and pretend play.

Chromebooks
Need a laptop for a special project, to get homework done, or just want to try out a Chromebook before you buy? Pick one up today! To check out for two weeks you must be 19 years or older, and a Gmail account is necessary to operate a Chromebook. You will be asked to sign the Chromebook and Hotspot Lending Requirements, Agreement, and Waiver.

Playaway Audiobooks
A Playaway is a preloaded audiobook that gives you the portability and freedom to take audiobooks everywhere. Audiobooks are preloaded onto each device and there is no need for Wi-Fi or downloading. Each player has a universal headphone jack and needs one AAA battery.
Find Playaways with on the shelf with other audiobooks at West Regional and Moorer/Spring Hill libraries, or request one for pickup at any library location.
