This year, the Alabama Department of Archives and History marks 125 years of dedicated service to the people of Alabama!
Join us with Deep South Roots for a presentation by ADAH Reference Coordinator Courtney Pinkard. She will provide an overview of the agency’s history, followed by a spotlight on the wide range of resources and tools available to genealogists who visit the Archives. Courtney Pinkard serves as Reference Coordinator at the Alabama Department of Archives and History. In addition to assisting patrons with research in the Archives’ Research Room, Ms. Pinkard leads genealogical workshops both virtually and at libraries throughout the state, helping individuals connect with their family histories.
Virtual access is available, and registration is required. To register, please fill out the form below.
If you plan to attend either in person or virtually, please indicate your method of attendance in the special notes section.
