Dumas Wesley Community Center: Utility Assistance Program

The Utility Assistance Program helps current and former Dumas Wesley participants maintain utility services. This program requires accountability as the participant must pay 50% of their utility bill.

• Dumas Wesley subsequently pays the remainder of the bill directly to the utility company to ensure that funds are used for intended purposes.
• Assistance is available by appointment only.
